American Diabetes Association – Rocky Mountains

Since 1940, the American Diabetes Association has been a global leader, trusted source, preferred partner, and a connected community united to prevent and cure diabetes while improving the lives of all people affected by it.
There are approximately 708,400 adults living with diabetes in the Rocky Mountain region, 377,300 of whom live in Colorado. The ADA is committed to fighting the rising numbers of diabetes diagnoses by investing in diabetes medical research, advocating for policy changes at the state and federal level, and providing comprehensive, evidence-based education to health care providers, patients, and families. In 2024, the American Diabetes Association invested $6.7 million in medical research right here in Colorado.
