The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention – Colorado is the local chapter of the leading National non-profit fighting against suicide. AFSP’s mission is to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. This year AFSP Colorado is excited to once again be a charity partner with the Colfax Marathon raising awareness for mental health with movement.
