Fighting on Every Front to Improve Living with ALS
Our Chapter was founded in 1996 when a group of ALS patients, families and friends formed an organization to provide support to people in Colorado and Wyoming afflicted with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). We have a variety of services available to help improve the quality of life for those living with ALS and their families. All services are free of charge and include: a durable medical equipment loan program, respite care fund, support groups, educational information, referrals, in-home consultations, and personalized.
