Heidy Lozano hopes to send the message that it’s never too late.

As Heidy Lozano’s running career has evolved, she has begun to worry less about the clock and focus more on the causes she runs for. Lozano lined up for the Colfax Marathon in Denver on May 15 hoping to earn a top five finish while inspiring people who live with mental illness, including those she works with in her position as a care specialist for Mental Health Partners.
